Happy Mother's Day

With German Volume Training

Happy mother's Day!

Today is a rainy day so I couldn't do my usual Sunday bike ride.
So I started mother's Day with the German volume training ...
15 kg Dumbbell goblet squats .
10 reps x 10 sets 30 seconds rest in between sets
+ 10kg weighted lounge 10 reps x 3 sets with 30 seconds rest between sets .
This training will allow you to perform a lot of work in a short period of time
In fact:
Total volume lifted in only 15 minutes work : 1800kg!!!! Sweat guaranteed !!!
Have a wonderful mother's Day

Why is change so hard?

Have you ever wondered why it takes so long to adjust to change? Imagine starting a new job at the beginning it seems to you that nothing makes sense, you may even think that the job you have always dreamed of is not for you and you want to give up. The same is when you start a diet or a new sport. To build a new habit it takes courage and commitment  I'll explain why: Imagine habits as neural pathways, your brain is full of old pathways, and to make room for a new habit you have to insert a new path into your old ones. What does this information look like? Take a moment to think about (i) what senses are available right now and (ii) what information you might be receiving through these senses. Write down your ideas in the comments section below.: "my senses right now tell me there are endless possibilities for us out there to explore, but we just don't know how, we lack the tools" Although I was asked about the 5 senses I responded by looking beyond the 5 senses and expressed how I feel to be here at this moment, in this part of the world and at this time of day. So I guess this is how I perceive the question and the world. we all see the same thing but perceive it differently Someone replied" I'm in the kitchen ...
